Apple PowerBook G3 Pismo
With the PowerBook FireWire, known as the Pismo, Apple finally dropped its HDI 30 SCSI port and replaced it with the far more useful 2 FireWire ports.
There were other significant improvements over the PowerBook G3 Bronze Keyboard, the bus speed was increased to 100MHz, an AirPort slot was added along with a DVD-ROM as standard and an enhanced graphics chipset.
The PowerBook FireWire was the last of the G3 PowerBooks before the advent of the PowerBook G4 and it was a superb machine.
